   1. careermarket.com.au is a job candidate board in which job seekers can list their qualifications and post their resume for the use of interested employers / recruiters. Job seeker qualifications are matched against employer’s desired competencies to create a "compatibility score". Employers can view candidate scores and profiles at any time excluding the identification of the job seeker. Contact details will only be supplied to the employer when approved by the job seeker.
3. The job seeker agrees to:
   1. Only post accurate information regarding their employment history
   2. Update their information as requested / when changes occur
   3. Only maintain one job seeker account with careermarket.com.au
   4. Keep confidential and be responsible for your user name and password
   5. Allow careermarket.com.au to contact you via email / SMS to inform you of a job opportunity, request updated information or for other job seeking purposes
   6. Only use careermarket.com.au for the purpose that it was intended outlined in Paragraph 2.a
   7. The sharing of information as outlined in Paragraph 2.a
4. Marketing use of information
   1. The job seeker agrees that careermarket.com.au may use their demographic details to determine your match with other company’s products or services. Contact details may be provided to other outside third parties for the purposes of marketing. No other details aside from contact details will be provided.

5. Account closure / suspension
   1. Careermarket.com.au has the right to close or suspend any job seeker account without notice for misuse, breach of terms, not maintaining accurate / up to date information or for any other reason at its sole discretion.
6. Warranty and Indemnity
   1. Although careermarket.com.au takes the protection, performance and security of its website and their contents very seriously the jobseeker agrees to indemnify careermarket, its employees, agents and associates against any and all liability claims or proceedings whatsoever. This indemnity applies, but is not limited to software / equipment failure, misuse of the service by others, misrepresentation by prospective employers, security breaches, violation of rights or privacy, non- supply of services, accuracy of information, damage to reputation or goodwill, omission or errors, etc.
7. Governing Law
   1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by, and construed in accordance with the law in force in New South Wales. The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts exercising jurisdiction in NSW,
8. Entire Agreement
