Here is where you zero in on the right candidate by choosing a maximum of 10 of the 29-search criterion, which we gather. Weighting on your selected search criterion can be customised to your specific needs. Your opportunity requirements are matched against the job seeker’s database…data from both is fed into a matrix, which calculates a Compatibility Score. This compatibility score, which ranges from 0 – 100 (higher the better), identifies quality candidates for your opportunity.

You can search for candidates using compatibility scores without cost, however neither actual candidate contact details nor the information driving the score is available to you.

For a fee you can use careermarket.com.au to inform an appropriate candidate of an employment opportunity via SMS and email. At this stage the candidate reviews details of the opportunity and decides whether to release their details enabling the employer to contact them.

   If you have an ongoing need for a specific job title, you can ask careermarket.com.au to email you the scores of any new job seekers that meet a minimum compatibility score. The new candidate’s can be sent to you on your preferred schedule. There is no charge for this service until you request a job seekers profile or contact details.
